Job Overview


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Corporate Manager Hotel Sales to join our team at Chemmanur International Holidays And Resorts Limited. As the Corporate Manager Hotel Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel properties. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in hotel sales. The job location is Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of 7 to 10 years in hotel sales, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the hotel industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as required


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for our hotel properties
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to drive sales
  • Manage a team of sales professionals and provide training and guidance to maximize performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure profitable deals
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the senior management team
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in hotel sales

Effective sales presentations and closing deals with Corporates and B2B agents.

  • Maintaining strong client relationships OTA, Agents and Corporates.

Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of its Resorts.

Maximise all Revenue opportunities to Achieve stretched monthly & annual targ
