Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions. Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve services. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively seek to enhance the overall experience. Assist in creating customer support resources, including FAQs and guides. Stay updated on product launches and changes to effectively assist customers. Contribute to team goals by offering suggestions for improved processes and service delivery. Requirements High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude towards helping others. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with product-related issues.
