Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Headmistress to lead our Pre-Primary segment. The ideal candidate will oversee academic planning, staff management, parent engagement, and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day school operations while maintaining a nurturing and joyful learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support pre-primary teachers and staff.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure age-appropriate learning outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, child-friendly, and engaging school environment.
• Collaborate with parents and manage communication effectively.
• Monitor staff performance, training, and classroom quality.
• Ensure adherence to school policies and academic standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for early years education and child development.
