• Own the end -end solutioning for our most critical & pressing issues • Assign responsibilities, define project scope, goals, and deliverables incollaboration with stakeholders• Act as a bridge between multiple functions (Product, Engineering, CustomerSupport, Operations), ensuring that all initiatives are on track• Assist in building and driving a prioritization matrix basis business impact• Coordinate and communicate with cross -functional teams to ensure projectalignment and progress.• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigationstrategies.• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and seniormanagement.• Facilitate project meetings, including kick -offs, status updates, andretrospectives.• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Requirements • 3 -5 years of experience with an attitude to learn almost anything. • Proven experience as a Project Manager in startups (Fintech., AI) or financial services (investment banking, hedge funds, asset management). • Has ability to think deep with excellent analytical skills • Exhibits systematic problem -solving approach and attention to detail, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. • Strong organization and planning abilities in order to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to work in ambiguous situations. • Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred • Experience working with US customers/clients • PMP or Prince 2 Certification is a Plus. • Experience in SQL, Python
