Design Engineer 02

Education: BE / Diploma Mechanical

Minimum: 1.5 years experience in the Design department, AutoCAD (Must), Solid works (Optional)

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Should be knowledgeable in Engineering Drawing, Mechanical Design & related calculations.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD & Solid works is essential.
  • Able to generate General arrangement (GA) drawings/Mechanical Designs of DB/Panel based on customer specifications.

Order Processing

  • Study the mechanical/Onsite requirements of customers and prepare offer (GA drawing & Costing).
  • Coordination with Production & quality department for smooth execution of the project.
  • Identification & implementation of cost & quality improvement projects.
  • New product development / new features development as per customer's requirements.
  • Welding fixtures development for easier production.
  • Responsible for independent working on Mechanical designs of Sheet metal/Distribution box/Panels.
  • Knowledge of tool design is an added advantage.
