Job Description:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of international cuisines, including French, Italian, Asian, and more

  • Create menus, recipes, and presentation concepts

  • Maintain high-quality food standards and presentation

  • Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks

  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met

Requirements:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in a professional kitchen

  • Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for food

  • *Portuguese Passport (Mandatory)*

  • *Candidates already working in France or with a valid French work permit are highly encouraged to apply*
