Supervisor / Foreman - Electrical

Experience & Qualification: 5 to 15 Years, Any Graduate / Electrical / Wireman

Job Description:

Knowledge of Fire Fighting systems like staircase, pressurization / Basement ventilation / Smoke detection / Elevator shaft pressurization etc. Maintenance of all Electrical items, maintain meter reading register etc. Transformers, Generator, Panel installation & commissioning, HT / LT Cabling.

• Supervise and oversee electrical installation and maintenance works at the site

• Knowledge and handling of fire fighting electrical systems including:

• Staircase pressurization

• Basement ventilation systems
• Smoke detection systems

• Elevator shaft pressurization

• Maintain and supervise all electrical equipment and components on site

• Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of meter reading registers
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of transformers, generators, and electrical panels
• Manage HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) cabling activities including laying, termination, and testing
• Conduct routine maintenance and timely repair of electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted power supply
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site engineers for smooth execution of electrical works
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical standards on site
• Prepare daily progress reports and document site activities
• Monitor the usage of electrical materials and equipment for efficient resource management
