Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sous Chef located in Lonavala. The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory management, staff training, and collaborating with the Executive Chef to create memorable culinary experiences for guests. Additional duties involve supervising food preparation, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in culinary arts, including menu planning and food preparation
  • Strong kitchen management skills, including staff training and inventory management
  • Expertise in food safety and hygiene standards
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Experience in eco-friendly or sustainable practices is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
