We are hiring Cluster Manager (Ophthalmic Lens Industry) for prestigious German MNC specializing in the Ophthalmic Industry for Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh location. The Company is renowned for pioneering advancements in eye care, are committed to enhancing vision health and improving lives globally. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables): Manage a team of highly motivated and attentive sales specialists and consultants.Use commercial acumen and competitor analysis to drive sales.Deliver and educate the team in providing exceptional customer experience.Leads Execution of key components of marketing programsNew Project planning and executionWork closely with the Regional Manager for developing sales strategiesProvide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal.Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales and collection forecasting.Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time.To lead the team to meet the business targets of Sales and Collection including agreed DSOEmployee RetentionEmployee Productivity Requirements Education: Graduation in Science / Engineering and MBA in marketing or related subject. Work Experience: Minimum 10 Years of experience in Sales of Consumer Driven product in optical, electronic or related industry with Minimum 3 years exp managing a team. Well versed with SFDC and similar tools for reporting Other Skills. Management skills: Good Communication and Stakeholder Should be a very good team player. Applicant should be at Sales consultant role who have managed this for at least 2 years.
