Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Manager for our on-site location in Mumbai but needs extensive travel across weekend gateway markets like Lonavla, Alibaug, Mahabaleshwar, Karjat, Igatpuri, Nashik.

As the Supply Manager for Premium Villas and Resorts, you will play a key role in our expansion efforts by onboarding top-tier villas and resorts in Maharashtra.

Key responsibilities but not limited -

  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard premium villas and resorts in designated towns

  • Develop strong relationships with property owners and management to align their services with our company's standards.

  • Travel extensively across towns to assess properties and ensure they align with our quality standards.

  • Conduct site visits and evaluations to establish partnerships with new properties.

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is highly skilled in relationshipy management, and has a proven track record in the hospitality or travel industries.

  • Proven experience in hospitality or real estate is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
