Role Overview:We are actively seeking fresh graduates who are passionate about international sales and outreach. The ideal candidate will be confident, articulate, and eager to learn the art of global business communication. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in the international sales domain with hands-on experience in lead generation, email and call outreach, and CRM tools like Zoho.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct outreach to potential international buyers via email, calls, and other digital platforms. Generate and qualify leads using internal tools and external databases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems such as Zoho CRM.Build and nurture relationships with global clients and prospects.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align messaging and strategy. Identify new markets and buyer segments through market research. Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Prepare and share regular reports on outreach and lead status. Required Qualifications & Skills:Fresh graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in making international calls. Basic understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools; familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus. Interest in B2B and international sales.
