Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida, India for a
Sales Executive – Student Accommodation
.
In this role, you will assist students in booking verified accommodations abroad by understanding their requirements, sharing suitable housing options, and guiding them throughout the booking journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound student leads and conducting consultations to understand their budget, preferences, and location needs
- Sharing curated accommodation options using Admistay's listings and partner networks
- Educating students about rent details, amenities, contracts, and booking procedures
- Maintaining consistent follow-ups to drive conversions
- Coordinating with international housing partners to confirm bookings
- Ensuring students receive complete support—from inquiry to move-in
- Meeting monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Keeping CRM systems updated with student interactions and progress
This role is highly student-facing and ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people while driving results.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience
(inside sales, tele-sales, B2C sales, or counseling preferred) - Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand student needs and recommend the right housing solutions
- Good interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with students and property partners
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in international education, student accommodation, or service-based sales is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office usage
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing multiple conversations
