About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience working on Non-IT requirements, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting US clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and screen candidates for Non-IT roles across various industries for US clients.
  • Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and internal databases for sourcing.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' experience, skill sets, availability, and compensation expectations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand client requirements and provide suitable profiles.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and ensure compliance with staffing processes.
  • Meet daily/weekly submission targets and placement goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment within the US Staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, US hiring terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet fast turnaround times.
  • Skilled in sourcing through job portals, Boolean searches, social media, and networking.
  • Strong negotiation skills related to rate/salary discussions.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience handling volume hiring for US clients.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
