Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Cinematographer with a Visual Communication background to handle video production, photoshoots, and creative storytelling for digital, corporate, and promotional content. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, technical knowledge of cameras and lighting, and the ability to bring ideas to life through impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and branding projects.
  • Handle camera operations, lighting setups, and framing for various shoots (corporate, product, lifestyle, and events).
  • Conduct creative photo shoots — including concept planning, styling, and post-processing.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into visually compelling stories.
  • Maintain and organize camera equipment, lenses, and lighting tools.
  • Assist in storyboarding, mood board creation, and set design ideas.
  • Stay updated with current trends in cinematography, photography, and visual storytelling.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of DSLR / Mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and sound.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent creative visualization, composition, and color grading skills.
  • Understanding of cinematic lighting techniques and camera movements.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication (Viscom), Media Studies, Film Production, or equivalent.
  • A strong portfolio of previous video and photo work is required.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Innovative and experimental mindset in visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of social media video formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Basic sound design and drone operation skills (added advantage).
