Role & responsibilities

  • *Brand Strategy*: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance brand equity for our ice cream portfolio.

  • *Marketing Planning*: Create and manage marketing plans, including product launches, promotions, and campaigns, to drive sales and brand awareness.

  • *Consumer Insights*: Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to inform brand decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

  • *Team Leadership*: Lead and mentor a team of brand professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.

  • *Budget Management*: Manage brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI analysis.

  • *Cross-Functional Collaboration*: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, distribution, and production, to ensure alignment and maximum impact.

Preferred candidate profile

*Education*: Master degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • *Experience*: 5+ years of experience in FMCG brand management, preferably in the ice cream or Food industry.

  • *Skills*:

  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and practices.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proven track record of driving brand growth and increasing market share.

  • Experience with marketing analytics and ROI analysis.
