About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive professional with strong leadership and coordination skills to manage end-to-end web3 & AI projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, blockchain infrastructure, and experience coordinating between development, marketing, and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage web 3 & AI projects from ideation to launch and post-launch activities.

  • Coordinate between frontend, backend, blockchain, and design teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.

  • Handle client communication, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements.

  • Oversee project timelines, milestones, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with developers to manage smart contract deployment, tokenomics, and DApp integrations.

  • Prepare detailed project reports and ensure transparent updates to clients and management.

  • Stay up to date with Web3, DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain trends to bring innovative project ideas.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, blockchain protocols, and crypto token mechanics.

  • Technical awareness of frontend ) and backend , Solidity, etc.) technologies.

  • Excellent team coordination, multitasking, and leadership skills.

  • Outstanding client servicing and communication abilities.

  • Proven experience managing crypto or blockchain-based projects.

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • Certification or proven experience in Blockchain Project Management / Web3 Product Management.

  • Experience in launching or managing crypto tokens or Web3 startups.
