Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented GEM Specialist to manage and grow our business opportunities on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling tender management, bidding, product listing, order processing, and government procurement procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations on the GEM portal.
- Create and manage product/service listings, catalog updates, and pricing.
- Identify relevant tenders, prepare technical & financial bids, and submit within deadlines.
- Track bid progress, follow up on bid status, and ensure timely documentation.
- Handle order processing, contract management, and vendor assessment requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, pricing, and compliances.
- Ensure 100% compliance with GEM policies, government procurement guidelines, and audits.
- Resolve queries related to bids, orders, and payments on the portal.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in GEM portal handling and government e-procurement.
- Strong knowledge of bid/tender documentation and government procurement procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience).
Working Days: Monday to Friday
