Sr Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of a mobile-first platform. In this role, you will define the product vision, drive the roadmap, and deliver innovative mobile experiences that enhance user efficiency, engagement, and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer teams to ensure seamless mobile workflows, while leveraging data and user insights to prioritize features and measure impact. Accountabilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
• Identify customer pain points and opportunities through research, analytics, and direct engagement.
• Prioritize features that improve efficiency, communication, and workflow management on mobile.
• Partner with engineering to ensure innovation aligns with technical feasibility, scalability, and performance.
• Track and analyze success metrics (adoption, retention, NPS, usage) to iterate and optimize customer value.
• Stay informed of industry trends in mobile UX, SaaS, and communications to maintain competitive advantage.

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on mobile applications.
• Proven track record of shipping successful mobile apps for iOS and Android at scale.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX, design patterns, and platform-specific capabilities.
• Analytical and data-driven, able to translate insights into actionable strategy.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Empathy for SMB customers and a passion for creating products that simplify workflows.
• Experience in communications, SaaS, or healthcare/dental verticals is a plus.
