Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the desktop and Field engineers and align them, Support & guide Service Personnel on site doing installation, maintenance & service
- Create and assign service tickets to appropriate technicians or teams for resolution
- Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive user experience
- Vendor management for Service support
- Vlookup, Pivot experience is required
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic Coordination skills , good communication and team management skills.
Strong on verbal and written communication with MS Excel.
