Role Purpose

Responsible for designing and executing effective hiring strategies, building a strong employer brand and ensuring seamless candidate experience.

Role Accountability

  1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
  2. Manage full-cycle of hiring for all roles, from sourcing to onboarding
  3. Lead employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
  4. Collaborate with department heads to discuss hiring needs and conduct periodic reviews
  5. Utilize data and metrics to optimize recruitment processes
  6. Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators
  7. Ensure process compliance with internal policies
  8. Organize and attend job fairs, campus drives, and networking events
  9. Closure of Background verification for all new hires as per approved guidelines
  10. Identify system improvement in hiring module / enhancement opportunities and drive implementation of the same
  11. Develop and disseminate MIS/dashboards as per business requirements
  12. Vendor management including empanelment, billing, renewals, etc.

  1. Closure of positions within TAT
  2. BGV closure as per TAT
  3. Diversity & PWD Hiring
  4. Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. In-depth experience in recruitment
  2. Strong knowledge of digitized Hiring modules/HRIS systems

Qualification

Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
