Key Responsibilities1. Deal Sourcing & PipelineManagementScoutearly -stage startups across very diverse sectors. Maintain CRM, track founder outreach, and build systematic founder funnels. Participate in industry events, accelerators, and communities representing thefund.2. Market & CompetitiveResearch Conductdeep -dive sector analyses Build sector/company briefs for internal IC discussions. Analyse global benchmarks, regulatory context, and whitespace opportunities.3. Financial Modelling &Investment AnalysisBuildand maintain financial models (revenue build -up, unit economics, scenarioanalysis, valuation benchmarks).Assistin preparing investment memos, IC decks, and founder meeting notes.Runsensitivity tests and downside -risk frameworks for decision -making.4. Support in Diligence(Technical, Legal, Financial) Coordinate with founders, advisors, and consultants to gather data.Analysedata rooms for red flags, compliance gaps, and governance signals.Preparesummary sheets, Q&A trackers, and diligence checklists.5. Portfolio Support & ValueAddition Track KPIs, monthly MIS, burn runway, and financial performance.Identifysynergy opportunities between BPEF architects, companies, developers, andpartners.Assistfounders with strategic research, customer intros, pricing analysis, or opsimprovement.6. Internal Process & FundOps Maintaintrackers: pipeline status, deal notes, meetings, portfolio dashboards, andtemplates. Support fund reporting, LP documentation, and compliance coordination whereverrequired. Work directly with the Investment Manager & Partner's Office on strategicprojects. 7. Fundraising Support Assist the Investment Manager and Partner'sOffice in preparing LP decks, FAQs, and follow -up materials. Maintain LP pipelines, track conversations, and build data rooms forprospective investors. Conduct background research on potential LPs (family offices, architects,developers, corporates) and prepare briefing notes. Support in coordination for roadshows, events, webinars, and ecosystem outreachto drive fund visibility.Requirements Must -Have Traits • Extremely analytical, intellectually rigorous, and structured in thinking. • Strong research depth and the ability to distil insights clearly. • High ownership, low ego, and comfort working in a fast -paced, high -performance environment. • Ability to speak to founders confidently; strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills & Background • CA/CFA preferred • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance • Experience in VC, PE, consulting or investment banking. • Financial modelling comfort (Excel), basic understanding of term sheets, fund structures. Bonus • Exposure to tech -platforms or automation tools (Notion, Airtable, GPT workflows). • A personal portfolio of analysis/notes/articles is a huge plus.
