Job Timing:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, on boarding, employee records, compliance, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures

Skills & Requirement:

  • Fluent English speaking is mandatory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience to handle Employee Queries

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Attend inbound & outbound calls
  • Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
  • Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR support as needed.
  • Generate reports related to HR metrics as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹420,000.00 per year
