Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facebook Ad Manager with at least 2 years of experience running and optimizing meta ads (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ad targeting, budget management, and performance tracking to drive high ROI. If you are an expert in Facebook Ads Manager and can create high-converting campaigns, we'd love to have you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness. Planned, created, and optimized Facebook to generate leads
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize results while minimizing costs.
  • Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and audience engagement.
  • Use Facebook Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Research and implement the latest Meta Ads trends, strategies, and best practices.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copies and visuals.
  • Generate detailed reports and insights to improve ad effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad disapprovals, audience targeting, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, and retargeting.
  • Experience in budget management, ad bidding, and campaign scaling.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance, and optimize for higher conversions.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, pixel tracking, and custom audience creation.
  • Understanding of ad policies and compliance guidelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, SEO, or other digital marketing platforms.
