We are hiring US Tax Manager for a leading FinTech firm in Mumbai

Ideal candidate should have experience in US Taxation, Foreign Filing, Partnership / Corporate Tax

Ideal Candidate:

  • 7+ years of experience in US Taxation
  • Solid experience on Foreign Filing & Partnership / Corporate Tax
  • Strong experience on Form 1042
  • Strong experience in Form 1065 / 1099 / 1120
  • Strong experience in K-1 and K-3 form preparation & review

Responsibilities

  • Perform tax research
  • Prepare and review tax returns
  • Preparing Form 1042, 1065, 1120, K-1 & K-3 forms
  • Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate
  • Oversee non-income tax compliance
  • Prepare for and lead tax audits

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years' of experience of professional tax experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
