Job Summary

Handle student inquiries, provide course guidance, and achieve enrolment targets through phone-based and in-person counselling and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle phone inquiries and counsel prospective students on course selection
  • Generate leads through cold calling and accurately maintain CRM database
  • Meet monthly enrollment targets and track conversion rates
  • Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and career prospects
  • Handle administrative tasks and office support as needed

  • Technical: CRM software, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Social media
  • Educational: Course details, career pathways, admission procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (any stream)
  • Education sector experience mandatory
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, Nepali, Bengali
  • Local candidates only
