Lead Power BI Engineer/Architect

Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai

10+ Years of experience

  • Develop, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Connect, import, and transform data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, etc.).
  • Create and optimize data models, relationships, and DAX calculations for efficient reporting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, performance, and visual storytelling align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with ETL and data engineering teams to ensure clean and reliable data pipelines.
  • Manage and administer Power BI Service, including workspaces, datasets, and access control.
  • Implement and maintain row-level security (RLS) and governance standards.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests and performance tuning of datasets and visuals.
  • Stay updated on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric advancements and recommend improvements.
