Role & Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming OHE materials (e.g., cantilevers, insulators, clamps, fittings, copper conductors, brackets, etc.)
  • Maintain up-to-date stock registers, material issue records, and inspection reports.
  • Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain traceability.
  • Ensure safe and systematic storage of materials following manufacturers guidelines.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements and replenishment.
  • Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain records of tools, consumables, and returnable items issued to site teams.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly material status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping in the store area.
  • Support audits and inspections by internal and external agencies.

Preferable:1. Familiarity with OHE components, inventory systems, and ERP software is desirable. (Candidate should be worked at Railway Projects)

2. Male Candidates are preferable for site locations.
