Job Title: Quantitative Developer

Location: Shah Equity, Hitec City, Hyderabad

Schedule: Full-time, 7 PM to 3:30 AM IST (India Standard Time)

Salary: ₹500,000 - ₹700,000 per annum + bonuses ranging from ₹300,000 to ₹500,000

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Developer to join our team. This role involves enhancing our trading algorithms and developing innovative tools to maximize our high-frequency trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize trading algorithms using Python, Django, and other technologies.
  • Collaborate with traders to automate and refine trading strategies.
  • Perform backtesting and create dashboards to monitor strategy performance.
  • Work with a team of quants and developers to integrate AI and data analytics into trading operations.
  • Continuously update and manage existing trading strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Python development.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Quantitative Developer within the trading industry.
  • Strong background in computer science, mathematics, or data science.
  • Proven track record of developing successful trading strategies.
  • Experience with API integration and managing high-speed trading operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of quantitative research.
