We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our Quality Assurance team. The position oversees the automation childcare management software. This is a tremendous opportunity to strengthen technical and business product skills. The position requires someone with a strong motivation and desire to work in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assure the quality and the persistence of the software by understanding the requirement/specification document and designing test cases to capture bugs within the system.
  • Execution of test cases and testing the corrections of bugs and enhancements.
  • Work in close collaboration with our development teams to ensure the inclusion of enhancements requested by clients in the software and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Design, development, and execution of automated test solutions.
  • Analysis of automated test results and failures.
  • Maintenance of existing automated test solutions.

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Perform Functional, Regression, Acceptance, Smoke, and Exploratory Testing.
  • Capability to understand database structure and be able to write SQL statements and SQL scripting skills.
  • Test Automation using Selenium/Web driver
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, data-centric, and possess a desire to deliver high-quality products.
  • Hands-on experience in testing Mobile applications [Android/iOS] is an added advantage
