Position Overview

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for transforming requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

User Research & Analysis

  • Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Analyze user behavior, workflow, and interaction patterns.

Design & Prototyping

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Design clean, modern, responsive UI screens for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into usable designs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design assets with high accuracy and quality.
  • Provide UI/UX guidance during development to ensure design integrity.

Usability & Testing

  • Conduct usability testing and implement feedback.
  • Continuously enhance user experience based on insights and evolving trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in the IT domain.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or related design tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of UX methodologies, design principles, and design systems.
  • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

  • Experience working with AR/VR or immersive technologies.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics to communicate with development teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
