Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Courier Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Junior-level position, this full-time role is perfect for someone with 1 to 3 years of work experience looking to make an impact in the staffing and recruiting sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, work well in a team, and have the ability to drive sales initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and refine sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales discussions with prospective clients (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to effectively monitor customer interactions and improve satisfaction.
- Experience in using Salesforce to manage sales data and streamline sales operations effectively.
- Strong MS Excel skills for managing data, performing analyses, and generating reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with colleagues and clients effectively.
- Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload within tight deadlines.
- Ability to conduct market research to understand market trends and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Presentation skills to effectively present sales strategies and insights to team members and clients.
