Die Caterpillar Energy Solutions GmbH steht mit ihren beiden Marken MWM und CAT fr hocheffiziente und umweltfreundliche Anlagen zur dezentralen Energieerzeugung. Das in Mannheim ansssige Unternehmen wurde im Jahre 1871 vom Autopionier Carl Benz gegrndet. Die Produkte stehen fr mehr als 150 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Gasmotoren und Stromaggregaten fr Erdgas, Biogas und weitere Sondergase. Fr unseren Bereich "Customer Services" suchen wir einen (m/w)
Product Service Engineer (m/w/d)
Einsatzort: Deutschland, Mannheim

Ihre Ttigkeit:
  • Weltweiter Product Support von elektrischen Komponenten, Steuerungssystemen, Generatoren und Schaltanlagen
  • Durchfhren und Leiten von Troubleshootings remote, wie auch vor Ort
  • Analyse, Beurteilung und Lsung von komplexen Fehlerbildern
  • Koordination von Produkt- und Anwendungsproblemen
  • Managen und Lsen von technisch sowie kommerziell herausfordernden Problemstellungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) Projekten, verantwortlich fr die datenbasierte Erffnung von neuen CPI Projekten
  • Managen von Product Health Themen
  • Technische Beurteilung von Gewhrleistungs- und Kulanzentscheidungen
  • Entwicklungs- und Field Follow Projekte eigenverantwortlich begleiten
Ihre Qualifikation:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. im Bereich Elektrotechnik) oder Technikerausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Steuerungstechnik, Schaltanlagen, Generatoren, Motoren von Vorteil
  • Mindestens 5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Ausgeprgte Kommunikations- und Teamfhigkeit
  • Selbststndige und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprgte analytische Problemlsungsfhigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
