Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Leisure Travel Consultant. The role involves planning and organizing customized leisure travel itineraries, assisting clients with travel arrangements including car rentals and accommodations, and providing exceptional customer service. The consultant will also ensure seamless travel management by addressing client queries and coordinating with service providers to create memorable travel experiences.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Travel Consulting and Management
  • Experience in designing and executing Leisure Travel plans
  • Strong Customer Service skills to assist clients efficiently
  • Proficiency in coordinating travel details such as Car Rentals and accommodations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
  • A degree or certification in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
  • Planning of itinerary and creating experience to the client
  • Customized travel arrangements
  • Thorough in Domestic and International destinations
