Job Summary

We are hiring Interior Designers who are passionate about delivering high-quality design solutions. Candidates will be assigned based on their experience level. Junior Designers will primarily focus on residential projects, while Design Leads will handle both commercial and residential projects with increased ownership and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support concept development, space planning, and design presentations for residential and commercial interiors
  • Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and basic 3D visualizations to communicate design intent
  • Assist in material selection, sampling, and documentation processes
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage BOQs, construction drawings, and material specifications with attention to detail
  • Oversee site supervision to ensure design quality and timely completion
  • Lead multiple projects from concept to completion, maintaining design standards and creativity
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering collaboration and professional growth
  • Incorporate innovative materials, sustainable practices, and current design trends into project outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 0–2 years (Junior role) | 4–6 years (Design Lead)
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment

Software Skills

  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp
  • Revit (preferred for Design Lead)
  • V-Ray or Lumion
  • Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
