Job description:

We are urgently hiring for Tele marketing Specialist to join our team:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential and existing leads to provide detailed information about domestic and international tourism packages.
  • Proactively make cold calls to prospective customers to generate interest and new business opportunities.
  • Drive lead conversion by effectively following up, addressing customer queries, and closing sales.
  • Manage, update, and track all leads and customer interactions in CRM software to ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle leads from online marketplaces and assign them to the appropriate Travel Consultants for further processing.
  • Collaborate closely with Travel Sales Consultants to gather details on tour packages, reservations, pricing, and itineraries to share with potential customers.
  • Achieve and exceed daily call volume, lead conversion, and sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company travel products, promotions, and destination offerings.
  • Provide timely feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
  • Bachelors /Diploma in Travel and Tourism /BBA Preferred
  • Must have 0-3 Years experience in Travel Sales, Student Counsellor, Edtech, Automobile sales highly preferred .
  • Must have good communication skills in English ( conversational skills)
  • Conversational skills in Hindi Preferred but not Mandatory .
  • Consistency in achieving sales targets .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
