We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Technical Head to join our esteemed organization in the construction industry. As the Technical Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are executed with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to facilitate effective communication and ensure alignment with technical specifications and project goals. Your expertise will be paramount in strategizing project execution, making critical decisions that impact timelines, budgets, and overall project success. Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all technical operations within the organization.
  • Review and approve engineering designs and specifications for construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement project execution plans.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and construction teams.
  • Conduct regular technical audits and performance evaluations of ongoing projects.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative construction techniques and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
