Key Responsibilities:
Client Assistance: Guide clients through the immigration and job application
processes, offering personalized support, and answering queries regarding
immigration policies, job opportunities, and visa requirements.
Introduction Calls: Give introduction calls to clients and inform about process.
Resume writing – Prepare the resume of clients to equires responsibility to ensure the
document accurately represents an individual's skills, experience, and qualifications
according to the profile which will help them to get the right jobs .
Job Posting Support: Familiarity with job portals (Linkedin, Glassdoor) and tools
used for recruitment in various countries. Assist clients in finding job opportunities
that match their skills, qualifications, and immigration status. This includes
researching job markets in target countries with employers and recruitment agencies
Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of customer service by addressing clients'
concerns, providing timely responses, and maintaining professionalism in all
communications.
Documentation Support: Help clients prepare and organize the necessary documents
for immigration applications, work permits, and visa processes. Ensure all documents
are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Follow-Up Services: Provide ongoing assistance to clients during the process,
checking in on job search progress.
Requirements:

o Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
o Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
o Good organizational and time-management skills.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Previous experience in immigration services, job placement, or customer support is
preferred
