Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to counsel students for our NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and QA/QC training programs. Your role will include handling enquiries, providing course details, and assisting students throughout the admission process.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries regarding NDT & QA/QC courses.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, website, and social media.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and admissions.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve student queries.
- Coordinate with the admissions and training team for smooth enrolment.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / counselling (education sector preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language.
- Ability to explain technical courses clearly (training will be provided).
- Strong follow-up, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, emails).
