As our Video Editor & Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice and visual identity across all digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical editing skills with your creative flair for social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Content Creation & Editing:
• Conceptualize, shoot (if applicable), and edit high-quality video content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, website, internal communications).
• Transform raw footage into polished, engaging, and impactful videos that align with our brand's messaging and marketing objectives.
• Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, sound design, and music to elevate video quality and viewer experience.
• Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and archiving.
• Stay abreast of current video trends, techniques, and software advancements.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (including videos, images, and written posts) across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube).
• Monitor social media channels for trends, community feedback, and competitor activities.
• Actively engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions.
• Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize future strategies and content.
• Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and partnerships to expand reach.
• Content Strategy & Planning:
• Collaborate with the marketing and other relevant teams to plan content calendars and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Contribute creative ideas for video and social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional video editing skills and successful social media management.
• Video Editing Expertise:
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is highly desirable.
• A keen eye for detail, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of various video formats, codecs, and delivery specifications for different platforms.
• Basic knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.
• Social Media Proficiency:
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and an engaging copywriting style tailored for social media.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and monitoring tools.
