Job Description

A Corporate Accounts Manager is responsible for managing key corporate client accounts to drive business growth, ensure client satisfaction, and coordinate sales and service activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and conducting sales presentations and negotiations with corporate clients.

  • Developing strategic plans to manage client portfolios, including pre- and post-sales support.

  • Collaborating with account teams to ensure proposals and contracts fit corporate guidelines.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers through regular meetings and business reviews.

  • Developing financial analyses and business cases to support sales strategies.

  • Participating in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and team collaboration.

  • Managing contract renewals, client retention, and ensuring compliance with partnership agreements.

  • Acting as the primary contact and advocate for clients within the company.

  • Monitoring market and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure service quality.

Skills needed include strong organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities, financial acumen, and proficiency with CRM and office software. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is typically required, along with relevant sales or account management experience.
