Admin Assistant

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when required.
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
- Manage courier, mail, and deliveries (incoming and outgoing).
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Support HR or Admin team in organizing office events, travel arrangements, and visitor coordination.
- Maintain records, documentation, and databases accurately
TECHNICAL SKILL
- Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and prioritization abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
