Key Responsibilities:


• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and scheduled site visits


• Convert leads from Instagram, Google Ads, and property portals


• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients


• Present villa layouts, pricing, payment plans, and amenities


• Manage follow-ups, CRM entries, and documentation


• Coordinate with internal teams for booking formalities


• Maintain professional communication and a premium client experience


• Stay updated on local market trends and competing luxury projects

Skills Required:


• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)


• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities


• Confident and well-presented personality


• Understanding of real estate or high-ticket sales


• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Excel

Qualifications:


• Graduate degree preferred (BBA/MBA is a plus, not mandatory)


• 0–5 years of experience in luxury or high-value sales


• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
