  • Oversee daily bar operations ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage bar staff scheduling, training, grooming, and performance.
  • Monitor inventory, maintain stock levels, and prevent shortages or variances.
  • Ensure strict compliance with SOPs for stock handling, pouring, billing, and hygiene.
  • Coordinate with Purchase and Store teams for timely replenishment of bar items.
  • Maintain cost control by reducing wastage, breakage, and pilferage.
  • Ensure adherence to legal requirements (excise laws, licenses, hygiene standards).
  • Build and motivate a high-performing team with excellent guest service focus.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and proper documentation.
  • Develop beverage menus, promotions, and upselling strategies to increase revenue.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure service recovery.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, stock consumption reports, and monthly bar summaries.
  • Ensure consistent product quality and standardised drink recipes.
  • Conduct regular bar audits and implement corrective actions.
