  • Proficient in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot (Mandatory skill) to manage and track interactions with prospective students.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies to effectively reach out to potential students and promote university programs.
  • Experience in student interviewing techniques to assess applicant suitability for various university programs.
  • Knowledge of financial aid counseling to assist students in understanding and obtaining financial support.
  • Ability to analyze data for enrollment trends in order to develop informed strategies for student recruitment.
  • Skills in virtual event planning for organizing online open houses, webinars, and other promotional events.
  • Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and engagingly to potential students and their families.
  • Effective public speaking skills for presentations at college fairs, school visits, and other public engagements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Conduct interviews to assess and understand student needs, aspirations, and academic backgrounds.
  • Develop personalized counseling plans to help students meet their educational goals.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, both in-person and virtual, to engage potential students.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to stay informed about program offerings and admission requirements.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate records of student interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Provide comprehensive information on financial aid options and assist students in application processes.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for review by university

management.
