We are seeking a highly skilledand detail -oriented Manager – MIS to lead the design,development, and delivery of business -critical reports and dashboards. Theideal candidate will be responsible for managing incentive programs, analyzingsales team performance, generating HR MIS reports, and delivering actionableinsights across key business functions. This role requires strong technicalexpertise in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other data tools, along with a strategicmindset to support decision -making at leadership levels. KeyResponsibilities:1)    BusinessDashboards & Reporting:a)    Developand maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel.b)    Automaterecurring reports and streamline data flows using Power Query and Power Pivot.c)    Ensuredata accuracy, consistency, and timely availability.2)    HRMIS Reporting:a)    GenerateHR -related MIS reports including headcount, attrition, hiring, and productivitymetrics.b)    SupportHR in workforce planning and analytics.3)    DataAnalytics & Insights:a)    Analyzedata across principal business components to support strategic initiatives.b)    Provideinsights and recommendations based on data trends and predictive modeling.c)    Collaboratewith cross -functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.4)    SalesPerformance Analytics:a)    Monitorand analyze business performance data of the sales team.b)    Identifytrends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.c)    Provideregular performance dashboards and reports to leadership. 5)    IncentiveManagement:a)    Design,track, and manage incentive schemes for the sales team.b)    Ensuretimely and accurate calculation and disbursement of incentives.c)    Collaboratewith HR and Finance to align incentive structures with business goals.TechnicalSkills Required:1)    Advanced proficiency in:a)    MicrosoftExcel (including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/macros)b)    MicrosoftPowerPoint (for executive -level presentations)c)    MicrosoftAccessd)    PowerBI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard creation)e)    MySQLand other relational databases2)    Strong understanding of datastructures, ETL processes, and data governance.3)    Experience with automation toolsand scripting, website management is a plus. RequirementsLocation: CorporateOffice, New Delhi Experience Required: 5 -8 years in MIS/Data Analytics roles Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, IT, Statistics, orrelated fields, Preference shall be given to the candidate having certificationin Data Analytics or Data Mining.
