Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily on-site construction activities and ensure smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of construction processes, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage labour, materials, and schedules effectively. The role also involves close coordination with Site Engineers and project management to ensure progress aligns with quality, safety, and time targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day construction work at site and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
  • Assist in planning daily work schedules and allocating manpower and materials efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams for uninterrupted workflow.
  • Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks as per project deadlines.
  • Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, attendance, and material usage records.
  • Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
  • Oversee labour productivity, discipline, and compliance with site safety protocols.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Report site updates, challenges, and material requirements promptly to project management.
  • Support the Site Engineer in achieving project goals and ensuring client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
  • Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Strong site coordination, labour supervision, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
  • Good problem-solving and on-site decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Pune.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
