About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Marketing Executive who has a proven track record of generating 4–5 Lakh+ business through paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media platforms, and the ability to build, manage, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop a performance marketing strategy to drive qualified leads and achieve monthly revenue goals.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through data-driven decisions and performance analysis.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement advanced tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics — CTR, CPL, CPA, ROI, and Conversion Rates.
  • Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets efficiently.
  • Work closely with the content and design team to develop high-converting creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated on latest digital trends, tools, and ad platform changes.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proven experience managing high-performing ad campaigns on Google & LinkedIn.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, bidding strategy, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience in remarketing, lead generation funnels, and ROI-based marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in tools like:
  • Google Ads & Analytics
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Creative approach to audience targeting and ad copywriting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
