We are hiring a Senior Digital Repair Specialist to manage and develop field technicians and partner teams for Jio Digital Services. The role involves training, certification, performance tracking, and ensuring top-quality customer service delivery.

Job Title: Senior Digital Repair Specialist

Location: Ludhiana (Punjab)

Key Responsibilities:

• Shortlist, onboard, and certify partners and technicians.
• Conduct initial and periodic training (reskilling, upskilling, OJT, refresher sessions).
• Monitor performance, KPIs, and take corrective actions where required.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Conduct audits, inventory checks, and FTTx device inspections.
• Handle walk-in customer interactions, device repairs/swaps, CRM updates, and software upgrades.
• Support and train extended service points and field associates.
• Manage complaint handling, out-calling, and coach Jio Associates.
• Travel to various touchpoints as per operational requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability
• Expertise in handset repair and technical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of spares management and CRM systems
• Good field team management and technical supervision skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Diploma (preferably in ECE / Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science)
• Experience: 2- 5 years in telecom operations, device servicing, or field training
