Job Description

We are looking for a *highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive* to join our Life Insurance team in Noida, Sector 11. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in life insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads and identify potential customers for life insurance products.

* Explain product features, benefits, and policy details to clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional sales service.

* Maintain records of sales and customer interactions.

* Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum *1 year of experience in Life Insurance Sales* (Agency, Bancassurance, or Direct Sales).

* Strong understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
