About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven
Performance Marketing Manager
who can lead and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in running ROI-focused ad campaigns, strong analytical skills, and the ability to scale revenue through paid acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including strategy, setup, budgeting, targeting, and reporting.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and optimize conversions.
  • Track KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and overall campaign ROI.
  • Optimize landing pages, creatives, and ad copies in collaboration with design and content teams.
  • Perform market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor daily performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Maintain and grow brand presence through scalable and high-quality paid acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2 years of hands-on experience
    in performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing, audience targeting
    , and campaign optimization.
  • Good knowledge of analytics tools like
    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
    , etc.
  • Experience managing monthly budgets and achieving performance KPIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and manage campaigns independently.

Good to Have

  • Experience with SEO, marketing automation, or CRM tools.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
  • Experience working with startups or fast-paced environments.
